At 3Back, our nearly 50+ combined years as Certified Scrum Trainer® and Professional Scrum Coaches have taught us that what’s most important about Scrum Training is building skill, not just knowledge. We recognize that skill is acquired by doing. Lean more About Us.
There is simply no replacement for skill building learned through hands-on activities and real-life simulations. That’s why our training is immersive, interactive experiences designed to maximize Scrum skill mastery. Our Scrum Training participants leave the classroom ready to leverage their newly-acquired Scrum skills to kickstart their Team’s efficiency and productivity.
